  • If the project is completed and approved by the client.
  • For delays or issues caused by the client, such as untimely responses, unclear requirements, or lack of information.
  • If a client decides to discontinue the project after significant work has been completed.
  • For dissatisfaction with design or strategy after multiple revisions as per the agreed terms.

4. Refund Process
Clients requesting a refund must:

  • Submit a written request via email to info@growkardigital.com, outlining the reason for the refund.
  • Provide relevant documentation or evidence supporting the refund request.

Growkar Digital will review the request within 10 business days and respond with a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the transaction unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Growkar Digital reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
